Imagine Drama Toddler Classes 10.00AM - 12.00PM

Imagine Drama toddler classes are brand new classes for preschoolers, focusing on drama skills and developing imagination and creativity.
Learning drama at an early age will build self-esteem and develop essential life skills. Drama promotes tolerance and mutual respect as children work together to create theatre and explore imaginative experiences. Drama helps children to make sense of the world around them.

Yoga Classes 7.30PM - 8.30PM

A yoga class suitable for all levels, including beginners. Roisin is a Winchmore Hill based yoga teacher, and has been teaching since 2014, running classes and workshops in the local community and further afield.

Yoga with baby 11.00AM - 12.45PM

Post natal yoga guides new mothers through their recovery after pregnancy and birth. Classes are for mum and babies from 8 weeks to 10 months.

Deepening Your Practice - 9.30AM - 11.30AM

Overview
A morning workshop aimed at students with an existing yoga practice. We will explore some key poses in depth, and look at how we can use breath and subtle physical changes to strengthen and develop our practice.

What can I expect?
A 2 hour workshop , which will include:

A discussion and deep dive into the Sun Salutations and key standing poses

Introduction to breath within yoga - how bandhas (energy locks) can be used in practice

Time to look at and explore some inversions

A flowing practice and guided relaxation

This workshop will be limited to 10 students.

Imagine Drama Easter Festival - 9.30AM - 11.30AM

Due to popular demand, Imagine Drama are very excited to announce another fun family event.
Come along and take part in an Easter Egg hunt with a difference! Enjoy Easter themed crafts, party games, Imaginative play and Easter treat making. There will also be sensory activities for our younger guests.
The event is aimed at babies and toddlers aged 1-5 years. Babies under 1 year do not require a ticket.

Mind and Matter | A Magic & Mentalism Show - 7.00PM - 10.30PM

Professional magicians, Marco & Thomas, have been astounding audiences for years. Their charm, style and unique take on magic and mentalism will leave you wondering whether what you saw is even possible!

Enjoy world-class close-up magic at your table with Magic Circle members Marco & Thomas, before being treated to 2 shows - 1 from each performer.

Close-up will be from 7.15pm to 8.00pm, and the shows will begin at 8.15pm. Each will last roughly 30 minutes.

Time To Breathe - 9.30AM - 11.30AM

Overview
We live in a world that moves very fast. Do you ever get to the end of a day and feel anxious and stressed and struggle to wind down? Or find that you are running out of energy and often feeling depleted?

The breath is a constant monitor of the mind and body. Yet, how many times do we stop and become aware of our breath and know what it is telling us? By learning how to breathe effectively, the breath becomes a tool that we can have with us and use to our advantage.

In this workshop we will look at how we breathe, ways be breathe more effectively and techniques in which we can use the breath to help us through periods of stress, anxiety or fatigue.

What can I expect?
A 2 hour workshop during which we will:

Discuss and consider how we breathe, and the basic mechanics of breath

Experiment with techniques to help us breathe most effectively to suit our situation

Explore a flowing breath focused yoga practice and guided relaxation

Conclude with tea and time to chat
